Good afternoon Discovery family. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Below are the announcements for this week.
I want to thank everyone who volunteered and/or sold BBQ tickets for our BBQ fundraiser on Friday. It was a huge success. We have made approximately $6400 from this event with more money to come in on Monday. This money will be used to purchase supplies and programs for students to access at the school.
Students please remember our Pepsi Philosophy which says that you should complete your work before taking a break. I have seen too many students playing games or working on assignments for other classes when I've been walking around. Please make sure that you focus on the class you are in first and then you can do the other things if time permits.
Students, if you go to the outdoor classroom via the gate outside Mr. Crosson's room, please be sure to close it behind you.
Tuesday 10/11 - English 2 students will have their NC Check In assessment; Ms. Arditti will be hosting a Lunch & Learn for Freshmen and their parents
Wednesday 10/12 - Some of our sophomores and juniors will be participating in the PSAT
Monday 10/17 - Make up Pictures for our underclassmen
