Good afternoon Discovery family. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Below are the announcements for this week.
On Friday February 25th, we will be having a flexible schedule which will allow students and staff to work on specific things for their classes as well as an opportunity to complete some community service. Students will be receiving an email the first part of the week that spells out what the schedule will be.
Our student senate is sponsoring a movie night on Friday at 6:30.
On Saturday February 26th, our DHS cafeteria will be open 9:00-11:00 for any junior who would like to come in for an ACT prep opportunity. A google form will be sent out later this week so that participating students can sign up for breakfast.
On March 1st, our juniors will be taking the ACT and our sophomores will be taking the College and Career Ready Assessment (CCRA) which is a practice ACT test.
