The following is information regarding the 2023-24 school calendar as well as an opportunity to provide feedback.
23-24 N-CCS School Calendar Family Feedback Survey
We will be finishing our recruiting trips to local middle schools this week. Please encourage prospective students to complete the application process which can be found on our website. Also, please let prospective students and their parents know about our in person informational session on Thursday January 26th as well as our virtual session on Wednesday February 1st. Both sessions are at 5:30.
Students, who live in the Newton-Conover district and are interested in playing on the boys or girls tennis team, will have an interest meeting with Coach Hewins on Monday at 10:30 in the media center.
We will be having a flexible schedule on Friday February 3rd where students will have multiple opportunities to complete a number of activities from ACT prep and working on specific classes to participating in community service opportunities. More information will be shared with students this upcoming week.
Parents, I encourage you to monitor your student's social media accounts. Students have access to all kinds of information, pictures, and videos like never before. Some of it is good, but some of it is also bad. As good as our students are, sometimes they can make bad decisions about what things they explore and post on social media.
