Good afternoon Discovery Family. I hope that everyone has had a good short week. Below are the announcements for the upcoming week.
Next week, Student Senate will be sponsoring a spirit week leading up to the final game in the 2022 DHS March Madness Tournament.
The themes for each day are:
Tuesday (3/15) - Twin Day
Wednesday (3/16) - Soccer Mom vs. BBQ Dads
Thursday (3/17) - Throwback Thursday
Friday (3/18) - Student Section Theme (each grade gets to pick their own theme)
We're excited to see everyone show off their spirit and see who wins this year!
Friday March 11th and Monday March 14th are Teacher Workdays. Students will not come to school these two days. Students will return on Tuesday March 15th and this will begin the 4th quarter.
Remember to set your clocks ahead one hour Saturday before you go to bed as Daylight Savings Time will begin.
