Plan A Survey

Good evening Discovery family. At last night's school board meeting, the N-CCS board of education voted to bring our middle school and high school students back to school under Plan A (in person learning 4 days a week and remote learning on Fridays) beginning April 14th. In order to plan for this change, we need all parents to complete the Google Form in your email or posted on the school's website for each Discovery student you have by Monday March 22nd. Please contact the school if you have any questions.
